Francisville is close to Broad Street, north of City Hall. Brewerytown puts you closer to I-76 and the heart of Fairmount Park. Fairmount and Spring Garden put you more central to Center City. The clients we have placed here are accessing I-76, Penn, CHOP, Masterman High School, Bache Martin Elementary, Saint Joe’s Prep, and Temple University. New life was added with the addition of a 50,000 square foot Whole Foods as well as several restaurants along Callowhill.
Our fav’s in this location are Jack’s Firehouse – inside a firehouse built in 1871 you will find yummy Southern influenced comfort food, A Mano PHL – a BYOB for casual dining Contemporary Italian, Fare – great neighborhood spot for a clean, crisp American menu, Osteria – the OG for Italian in the Art Museum neighborhood, Urban Saloon and Kite and Key for libations and bites, with so many more to choose from, from a variety of different cuisines.
