The place for creative play, with a surprise around every corner

More than just the Philadelphia Museum of Art! The area is divided into four sections – Fairmount, Spring Garden, Francisville and Brewerytown. Fairmount and Spring Garden are currently the more amenity-friendly locations. Francisville and Brewerytown are continuing to add to their density with new condo conversions and developments. Francisville is close to Broad Street, north of City Hall. Brewerytown puts you closer to I-76 and the heart of Fairmount Park. Fairmount and Spring Garden put you more central to Center City. The clients we have placed here are accessing I-76, Penn, CHOP, Masterman High School, Bache Martin Elementary, Saint Joe’s Prep, and Temple University. New life was added with the addition of a 50,000 square foot Whole Foods as well as several restaurants along Callowhill.

Our fav’s in this location are Jack’s Firehouse – inside a firehouse built in 1871 you will find yummy Southern influenced comfort food, A Mano PHL – a BYOB for casual dining Contemporary Italian, Fare – great neighborhood spot for a clean, crisp American menu, Osteria – the OG for Italian in the Art Museum neighborhood, Urban Saloon and Kite and Key for libations and bites, with so many more to choose from, from a variety of different cuisines.
