Manayunk / Roxborough

Manayunk is a neighborhood in the northwest section of Philadelphia, located just fifteen minutes from Center City Philadelphia, King of Prussia, Chestnut Hill, and the Main Line. The commercial district is lined with renovated Victorian storefronts and mill buildings giving residents a piece of urban experience with small-town charm.

Still, the area has a vibrant and unique nightlife scene that draws visitors from all over the Delaware Valley. Manayunk has retained its small-town charm with its two-and three-story row homes, cobblestone paving, and hilly streets. Because many who visit decide to stay, there has recently been an increase in demand for housing leading to the conversion of former mills into loft apartments and newly built condominiums.
