Come hungry – this highly walkable thoroughfare along Passyunk (pronounced Pashyunk) Avenue offers a diverse palate of cuisines. The neighborhood is a blend of old-school charm with an influx of new energy. So many restaurants, but our fav’s would be Brigantessa – Napoletana wood-fired pizza, worth the gluten, Laurel – we haven’t been YET, but this French restaurant of Chef Nick Elmi is worth the wait (from what we have been told), and Victor Cafe – an Italian dinner venue where the servers sing Opera, it’s a classic!
