Once known as the working class neighborhood YEARS ago and still known as home to the Mummers (be sure to ask us about that!), it became a great option for buyers who were priced out of Queen Village and Bella Vista who wanted easy access to I-95 and I-76.
Once known as the working class neighborhood YEARS ago and still known as home to the Mummers (be sure to ask us about that!), it became a great option for buyers who were priced out of Queen Village and Bella Vista who wanted easy access to I-95 and I-76. In more recent years there has been a revitalization with larger new construction homes, bars, coffee shops, and restaurants continuing to add to the neighborhood.
Some of our favorites are Federal Donuts – the original for the city, where you find finger-licking fried chicken and gourmet donuts worth the calories, The Dutch – a wonderful bruncherie for delish omelets, Dutch pancakes, and other Dutch dishes, Pho Saigon – it’s in a strip mall, but WE LOVE their Tai Pho and summer rolls!, the new Musi – a BYO with a unique menu with influences of the Mediterranean and the Middle East.
