Queen Village

Just South of Society Hill, it really is a village within the city. Fourth Street is where you will find Fabric Row and many new shops and restaurants that have recently moved into this quaint neighborhood. Small side streets with eclectic architecture add texture to the streetscape.

A historic neighborhood simmering with modern energy

Just South of Society Hill, it really is a village within the city. Fourth Street is where you will find Fabric Row and many new shops and restaurants that have recently moved into this quaint neighborhood. Small side streets with eclectic architecture add texture to the streetscape. Our clients that have lived here like the convenience to I-95 and I-76, and access to Center City, as well as the zoned areas of the Meredith school district (not all of Queen Village is zoned Meredith).

The famous restaurants are Mustard Greens – unique Chinese fare, Famous 4th Street Deli – a Jewish type deli where the sandwiches are NOT on any KETO diet and can be shared with two to three people a sitting, Royal Izakaya – SUSHI – enough said, the Hungry Pigeon – for small plates and conversation, open for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and Dmitri’s – a BYOB Greek-Mediterranean open just for dinner. Soooo many good haunts in this village.
