Karen was super… Helped us resettle in Philly when we decided to relocate to be near our daughter. She knew every area, all the local gossip, etc, and helped us not make a big mistake by tipping us off that a nice bldg we were looking at might have its view obstructed by a high rise across the street in negotiation for the land. (AND IT CAME TO PASS A YEAR LATER!). We thought we knew what we wanted but after a few showings, Karen knew what we really needed and directed us to something, not on our radar where we eventually settled. A few hiccups with of course a difficult seller but Karen ran all the interference for us and probably saved us a substantial amount of money. I was also impressed by how organized she was. We were not local to Philly and traveled there several times for showings… She invested the time to prep and had showing orchestrated by the hour with no downtime.
